I have been traveling the entire country, because of our job in the DOH. I have seen so many Billboards or signages advertising Tobacco Products and Companies particularly on top of Sari-sari stores and sometimes on the roadside away from any establishment! Failure to remove tobacco advertisements other than those found inside the premises of the retail establishment that is authorized/permitted to sell tobacco products
Failure to remove all tobacco products from establishments and properties located within the 100 meter perimeter of a school, playground, or other facility frequented by minors
Not allowing inspectors to examine premise's compliance status
Where it is necessary and feasible to establish a designated smoking area, ensure that the Designated Smoking Area (DSA) remains compliant with the Ordinance
